Description
BURGON & BALL RHS Endorsed Rose and Root Fork
The Rose & Rootfork has been designed to loosen and aerate the soil around plant roots. Many plants, shrubs, and even small trees benefit from a helping hand, specificallyroses. Aerate in spring and autumn to improve soil drainage, and allow better absorption of nutrients, water and oxygen.
Tested to a breaking strain of 90kg, this fork is exceptionally strong. Endorsed by the Royal Horticultural Society, perhaps the highest accolade in the gardening world. Like all our RHS-endorsed stainless steel tools, this rose fork comes with our lifetime guarantee.
The ash handlefeatures a comfortable ‘Y’ grip, double riveted at the base for strength. An extra-long, double-riveted strapped socket introduces strength and an element of flex at this key joint.
The stainless steel rolled tines are highly resistant to rust and bending, and slide easily through the soil. Although there are only two tines, the full width of tread is retained, for comfort when digging.
Head dimensions: 23cm long x 14cm wide
