The Hiker’s Hat features cooling insert technology in sustainable organic cotton with spandex, bonded mesh insert and UV protection rated 50+ to keep you happy and safe under the hottest of summer rays.

Materials:98% certified organic cotton, 2% spandex. HyperKewl Evaporative Insert: 100% Polyester mesh on the outside; interior is 53% Polymer fibres; 47% Cellulose fibres.

Care:

Machine wash delicate or hand wash cold. Use mild detergent. Do not use softeners or bleach. Remove windcord and HyperKewl insert from crown pocket before washing. Reshape and air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Fitting Your Hat:

The Tilley hat fits more comfortably than other hats – so it often looks better, too.
Its designed to be worn low on your head and slightly loose, and should be held on by gravity.If you already know your regular (non-Tilley) hat size, we recommend that you select one size larger when you order your Tilley. For instance, if youre normally a 7, order a 7. However, to be sure, we recommend you use our measurement and sizing instructions below.

How to Measure:

• Measure the circumference of your head approximately 1 cm above your ears.
• To ensure ease and comfort add 1-2cm to your head measurement depending on how snug you like to wear your hats.
• Use that measurement to select your size from the measurement chart below.
