• Classic Grinding Mechanism: the tighter it is screwed, the finer the grind and vice versa
• Pepper mill for grinding black, white, green, red and pink peppercorns (up to 15% in a blend) as well as coriander seeds
• Salt mill for grinding dry rock salt with a crystal size of less than or equal to 4mm. Do not use wet or dried sea salt
