• For grinding dry salt (rock salt) with a crystal size of less or equal to 4mm
• Pepper Mill can be used to grind black, white, green and red pepper, pink peppercorns (no more than 15% in a pepper blend) and coriander seeds
• Grind adjustment button: the more the button is screwed, the finer the grind

**Do Not use dried wet salt or wet salt in this salt mill. The mill is designed for dry salt
