This non-heading green, a member of the cabbage family, is a compact variety that produces15-20cm meaty, spoon shaped leaves. It is a staple for Asian cooking. Excellent for stir fries, soups and raw in salads. Bolt resistant variety.Pak Choi Shuku F1 hasgreen-white stems and the baby leaves, can be used in mixed salads.

Care Tips:

Sow 5mm () deep in rows 40cm (15)apart. Keep soil moist, particularly duringdry months. Thin to 30cm (1) betweenplants. Pak Choi prefers a warm, sunnyposition and well-drained soil. Feedregularly to support vigorous growth.Seedlings emerge 6-10 days.
