BURGON & BALL Asteraceae Gardener’s Gift Set – Harvesting Small
A beautiful new collection in the RHS Gifts for Gardeners series, the Asteraceae design showcases blooms from the daisy family. These resilient flowers have a starring role to play in our gardens as summers last longer and autumns become warmer. They keep the colour going in a longer season, and also offer an important source of forage for pollinators when other flowers fade.
The elegant new design has been created by Burgon & Ball featuring illustrations dating illustrations dating from circa 1810, specially selected from the RHS Lindley Collections of historic botanical art. A soft sage green background is the perfect foil for the jewel-bright colours of the China aster and coreopsis.
These beautiful gardening gloves feature a cushioned palm for comfort and protection, and a gathered wrist prevents debris falling into the gloves. To keep them looking good, they are even machine washable at 30C. With a degree of stretch to the gorgeously-printed fabric, one size fits (almost) all.
The pruner is endorsed by the Royal Horticultural Society, possibly the ultimate accolade in gardening. Its lightweight alloy handles and a blade in hardened, tempered high-carbon steel combine to give long-lasting performance. The neoprene holster features the gorgeous Asteraceae design and is ideal to wear on a belt for gardening on the go.
The Sophie Conran harvesting basket is perfect for harvesting tasty treats from the kitchen garden. Its just the right size for smaller items, like tomatoes or strawberries. The smooth beechwood handle is perfectly shaped to fit the hand, and the tough galvanized steel wire is powder coated in a classic cream.
